your facilities/equipment available for use by outsiders,
e.g. students? |

These
could be made available upon request and the arrangement
is covered by a conforme letter whereby the requirements/terms
and conditions are stipulated and agreed upon by both
the PRDC and the requesting party. |

we have to pay the Center? |
| A: |
Yes,
you pay for the use of facilities/equipment because
of the cost of utilities and the depreciation and
these are stipulated in the conforme letter. You sign
it only if you agree with all the terms/conditions
stipulated therein. |

you also assist in the finances/marketing of your
technologies, upon transfer? |

We
only render technical assistance. Other agencies and/or
institutions address financial/ marketing. May be,
the most PRDCP can do is refer you to the appropriate
agency/institution. |
